Various groups besides Chapters are part of District #13. Our District Association provides leadership for the district. The Eastern Star Men's Association provides much needed support and assistance. Kate DeWees Association provides fellowship and additional leadership opportunities for our Past Matrons and Past Patrons. Line Officers provides an opportunity for education, planning, and networking.
