Kate DeWees is the Past Matrons & Past Patrons Association of District #13.

The purpose of the association is to promote friendship and sociability as well as the welfare and best interests of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Worthy Matrons, Worthy Patrons, Past Matrons, and Past Patrons of District #13 as well as those from other districts in Ohio and West Virginia are eligible for membership. Husbands and wives of those listed above are eligible for associate membership. The dues are $1.00 per year. Any eligible member is encouraged to contact a Kate DeWees member for information on joining this group. Meetings are held twice a year.
